Three Sisters Gallery - Awards

Ester was voted young artist of the exhibition at the Salon Internationale de Beauregard in Herouville, near Caen in Normandy in October 1999. She was invited to exhibit there in the company of her two sisters and established Irish artists Jack Donovan, Henry Morgan and Dietrich Blodau.

Her painting, "In the Swell"- the result of a morning spent observing horses excercising on Curracloe beach, Co.Wexford - won first prize in the oil category of the 2002 juried competition of the New Jersey Equine Artists Association. To read what the jurors said click here.
